Reviews and Ratings
I felt like I was in a capsule at some floors with rooms spreading across corridors and neighboring rooms. Everything was very spacious, cleaned every day. The rooms were big, very clean, and really nice. Overall, a unique experience with some limitations.
I had a mixed experience at the hotel. The rooms were very cold and I couldn't adjust the temperature due to hotel policy, but on the bright side, they looked amazing, modern, and comfortable. The service was extremely friendly and helpful, although the maintenance and staff attitude were a downside. The location was convenient with a nearby Metro Station, but the noise from the highway was disturbing. The dining options were really good, especially the breakfast spread. The facilities were overall good.
The hotel offers spacious and well-equipped rooms but suffers from noise issues and lack of hot water. The service is friendly and helpful, although some staff can be impolite. The location features unique floor designs but falls short with noise from the busy ring road and lower rating in Madrid. The dining experience is varied but can be challenging during busy times. Overall, a mixed experience with some highlights and drawbacks.
The hotel rooms were out of this world, with hidden mirrors in the wardrobes, but unfortunately didn't smell that fresh and faced too much noise from the road. The service was flexible and attentive, offering unique touches like placing reminder signs on tables. The location had a lovely design and was within walking distance of historical sights, but the noise was a downside. The dining experience was very good with a rich variety of international options. The facilities were reach and satisfying.
The hotel rooms were certainly the talking point amongst the attendees, all in a good way. They were spotless with a very comfortable bed, but slightly dusty and overcharged for extras. We had to wait 4.5 hours before we could enter the room, though the checkout time was convenient at 12:00 pm.
I absolutely loved the hotel's unique design, which made me feel like I was living in a space capsule, although the rooms across corridors and neighboring rooms could be a bit bigger. However, the darkness in the evening was a bit unsettling. The service was top-notch with little touches like leaving a cute sign on my table. The location, although not very desirable, still had its charm, and the dining experience, while over the top in terms of pricing, was fantastic.
The hotel is perfect for a weekend visit with some noise issues, but overall it offers great value for the money. The massage treatments were below expectations due to external individuals setting up in a room. The location is a mix of remote beauty and tricky accessibility, with small bars and shops nearby. Dining can be overpriced and limited, so plan accordingly, but the service is outstanding with friendly and helpful staff.
The hotel offers a mix of cozy rooms with some functional improvements needed. The service is friendly and accommodating, though a little reminder for dress code etiquette. The location is convenient with easy access to public transport, but not ideal for being close to the city center. Dining is good but slightly pricey. Overall, a comfortable stay with a few minor drawbacks.
The hotel is not the best one, not really close to Madrid city center, but it is further out from the center than some. However, it is not too hard to get to most places on the metro with a short walk. The rooms are small, but with a great view, and although they could use some improvement in terms of design, they were quiet and comfortable. The service was sometimes non-existent, but when there were issues, they were promptly resolved with professionalism. The dining experience offered a good variety of international options, and the facilities were adequate. Overall, it's a decent option if you don't mind the distance from the center.
I had a nice experience in the hotel; we got the round room in white and grey, with an amazing view. The room was really something else, although it had a few minor issues like not hot enough water, a broken lamp, and noise from the security room next door.
I just had the most extraordinary experience at this hotel! The rooms were just amazing, with great views over the city, capturing everyone's attention in a positive way. I stayed in an igloo sculpted in Corian, and the theme extended to the bathroom with the largest bath I've ever seen. It was truly unlike any other room I've stayed in.
I absolutely loved my stay at the hotel! The futuristic design of the rooms offered a fantastic view of the city and were to a high standard. Being able to choose the design that I was most comfortable with was a great touch. The service was top-notch with friendly staff who were quick to address any issues. The location, though a bit out of Madrid, was convenient for travelers, especially those needing easy access to the airport. The dining experience had a great variety of options, although the orange juice was a bit off. The hotel had fantastic facilities overall.
The hotel has some hidden gems but also a few drawbacks. The room had a unique hidden mirror inside the wardrobe but was starting to show its age. The check-out staff was half submerged after taking a bath, which was an unexpected sight. Despite these quirks, the staff were accommodating and helpful. I would stay here again in the future.
Staying at this hotel was a mixed experience. The rooms up to the 10th floor were uniquely decorated entirely in black, with a hidden mirror in the wardrobe, offering a great view of the city just like in the pictures. However, the location was a bit away from mainstream places and required transportation to reach central Madrid. The service was accommodating and understanding, which was a major plus, but the beds were very hard and the rooms were smaller than expected.
